• All shared information is kept strictly confidential; Ibex Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“Ibex”) shall ensure secure handling thereof. Ibex shall maintain the confidentiality of any information disclosed to Ibex.

• Initial scope of services pertains specifically to an onboarding and due diligence assessment for further tax services, outlining the particulars of any further engagement between Ibex and the client.

 

 

• Ibex will issue the due diligence assessment within five (5) business days following the client’s granting of Full Shared Access to the client’s e-Filing profile, dependent on timeous notice of access approval and accurate information provided to Ibex by the client.

 

 

• Either Ibex or the client may terminate any potential and/or ongoing engagement, with written notice, for any reason. In the event of such termination, any fees refundable shall be subject to reconciliation based on the proportion of professional time spent by Ibex on the matter until the date of such notice being issued.

 

 

• Any information that shared with the client during the course of a client engagement, insofar as same does not directly pertain to active steps taken by Ibex in the client's matter, shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Ibex.
